What is included in a tour?
Inclusions vary by programme. Your written proposal identifies the accommodation, meals, transfers, guiding and entrance fees included in your quote. Optional activities are listed separately.
Are flights and visas included?
Flights and visa fees are excluded unless expressly listed in the confirmed proposal. Share your arrival and departure details so the ground programme can be coordinated.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
The applicable deposit, payment schedule and cancellation conditions are provided in the written proposal or booking agreement. They depend on the services and suppliers selected.
Is there on-ground support during the trip?
The destination team coordinates the confirmed programme and local arrangements. Contact details and the agreed support arrangements are provided before travel.
